As an independent broker, I am not tied to one bank’s products. I have access to 220+ lenders and I shop your loan across them to find the structure that actually fits you, not the one that is easiest to sell. When a loan does not make sense, I will tell you.
I came to the U.S. from Guadalajara, Mexico, at five years old and grew up between two languages and two cultures. About half the families I work with are Spanish-speaking, and I handle everything in English or Spanish, start to finish.
I am dual-licensed as a mortgage broker and an Oregon real estate agent, so I can help with the loan and the move. And you will always deal with me directly, never a call center.
